Last night, actress Amanda Seyfried landed in Los Angeles only to discover--after two hours--that the airline had lost her bag.  Bummer!

Fortunately, Seyfried had her adorable canine to keep her company while waiting for the news.  Still, better to lose your luggage than your dog!

And no.  The dog was not biting that little boy's leg.  He was simply having a friendly taste.

Teri Hatcher returned to work on the 543rd season of Desperate Housewives today.

We spotted her heading to set in Studio City with Malcolm Gladwell's latest, What The Dog Saw, in her tight little paw.

The real thing to ponder here is:  How did Pete Wentz get his bag to her cross-country so quickly.  That must be some messenger service!

We had grown so close to The Pineapple, we feel as if a part of us is gone too.

Kate Gosselin's infamous 'do is no more.  It seems The Pineapple got the chop-- errr, uh, or... the length?

Our world is shattered.  We don't even know what to live for now...

After strolling about town in his DILF-harness, Pete Wentz traded baby Bronx for bundles.

Toting son Bronx Mowgli on his back, Pete ran errands around NYC with stop into Starbucks and (based on the bag) Whole Foods.

Hoorah!  Yet another reason to get drunk in the desert!

In addition to Mariah Carey, last night's 2010 Palm Springs Film Festival gala was attended by a whole horde of stars and stand-outs from film's behind the scenes... scene.

Writer Diablo Cody was there with her bright blue eyes sparkling.  Also, looking rather dashing, was producer Lawrence Bender.  Marion Cotillard had a good giggle (revealing an eyeshadow combination we're now tempted to try).  And, Up in the Air darling Anna Kendrick was, well, darling (and wonderfully Twilight pale!).
