The Upper West Side two-bedroom apartment is called The Alexandria, a 25-story building housing 202 condominium units. Not bad, eh?

If anyone is wondering just how Kim Kardashian manages to maintain that gargantuan ass, the answer is very simple: nothing, but NOTHING, gets in the way of fast food.

Not travel, not jetlag, and certainly not confused looking little African orphans.

Kim, Khloe and Reggie Bush continued their African adventure today by visiting the Cotlands Shelter for abused and orphaned HIV+ children and the 'Diamonds for Dignity' feeding center in  Soweto.

The trio stayed just long enough to have some pictures taken before hot-footing it to a McDonalds where they stayed significantly longer than they did with the little orphans.

Makes you think of another 'C' word to describe the curvy, caring Kardashians, doesn't it?
