Kourtney Kardashian, who is expecting a little brother or sister for Mason Dash Disick, paid a visit to the Christian Louboutin boutique in West Hollywood yesterday.

Kourtney entered wearing a fancy pair of flat-bottomed, over-the-knee boots.  Perhaps she is looking to join the "Pumps and Pregnancy Club" spearheaded by Jessica Simpson and Beyonce, and wants to balance her baby bump atop a pair of sky-high heels.

Mother-to-be Hilary Duff spent some quality time on Wednesday with a grandma-to-be, her own mother Susan!

Pregnant Duff and her mama stepped out in Beverly Hills for a spot of shopping at Inner Gardens on Melrose Avenue.  Duff flaunted her baby belly with a bump-hugging all-black outfit tucked into a pair of fringed boots.

Hollywood starlets cannot seem to get enough of that moccasin-style fringed footwear this week!!

It appears Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady have already made their new house a home.

On Monday afternoon, the happy couple emerged from their new Boston brownstone holding hands.  Tom walked Gisele to the car and opened her door before hopping over to the driver side.  Oh chivalry...

Later, little baby Benjamin was seen taking a well-bundled ride through the city as his nanny pushed him along in a stroller.

Elizabeth Hurley and her fiance Shane Warne were all a'smile as they stepped out in London today.

After getting her hair did in the a.m., Liz and Shane headed for lunch at San Lorenzo restaurant.  On the way to the eatery, Hurley playfully adjusted her sunglasses with a carefully selected digit.  There's something delightful about being flipped off by a woman with a cross necklace resting atop her bountiful cleavage.  After the meal, the happy couple returned home, hand-in-hand.

We gotta say it:  At 46-years-old, Hurley's body is BANGIN'!

Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian both pulled on their statement boots yesterday for a business meeting in Midtown Manhattan.

Kourtney went for a ruddy brown pair of over-the-knee boots while Khloe stepped out in black, crinkle/slouch wedges.

After promotional dance frenzy on last night's Dancing With The Stars, Julianne Hough and Kenny Wormald are off to continue their promo duties for the Footloose remake.

Last night, Julianne and Kenny caught a flight out of LAX.

Julianne looked super sexy in a simple black outfit and knee high boots while Kenny topped his noggin with a Boston cap.  By now, Hough is a seasoned pro when it comes to confronting the paparazzi.  Kenny was still finding his bearings.  But both gave our cameras friendly smiles.
