Moonrise Kingdom kicked off the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival this year, and the opening ceremony gave us a hint of the fashion to come on the red carpet.

Apart from the disappointing fact that Bill Murray changed clothes, most of the other styles on the red carpet turned heads.

Diane Kruger wore an ethereal one shoulder chiffon seafoam green gown with an attached cape.

Beth Ditto showed off her serious curves in a white dress reminiscent of Marylin Monroe.

Eva Longoria was absolutely stunning in a light pink beaded gown with nude cutouts.  Casual to glamorous in a blink of an eye!

Other guests included Ewan McGregor, Wes Anderson, Virginie Ledoyen, Edward Norton, Tilda Swinton, Chris Pine, Jason Schwartzman, Alec Baldwin, Lana Del Rey, Bruce Willis, and Jessica Chastain.

Sacha Baron Cohen was a more casual version of his Admiral General Aladeen character at today's photocall for The Dictator in Cannes.  His normal posse of sexy soldiers was with him again, bearing machine guns.  He also brought along a new member of his entourage: a camel!

The Dictator is currently in theaters, so if you go you can pretend like you're in Cannes, too!

Reese Witherspoon was all smiles as she picked up her kids from school in Brentwood today.  The mommy-to-be showed off her baby bump in a polka dot dress and flip flops to go along with the warm weather.

It's nice to see that Reese is staying cheerful despite going to court with her mother last week in an effort to help her ailing father, who is suffering from dementia, by placing him under a conservatorship.  Reese's mother, Betty, is also seeking to annul a marriage which her husband entered into (a marriage he does not remember) with a woman who is now using him to get money.  He is still married to Betty, they are legally separated.

Kim was posing for a photoshoot for Vogue Italia in Chinatown where the stylist put her in that wig, a crocodile leather jacket, yoga shorts, knee high stiletto boots and fishnet stockings.

Kanye West was also on set to support his future mother in law girlfriend.
