Bieber Takes his Swag to Harrods

Justin Bieber emerged from a white Rolls-Royce Phantom as he arrived at Harrods department store in London this afternoon to embark on a shopping spree with Will.i.am. You know, just like you did when you were 18.

The Biebs was swathed in a lot of leather; from his snakeskin shirt, a black leather hooded vest to black leather studded pants.
