Kim Covers Up

It looks like Kim Kardashian may be feeling the effects of her pregnancy.  The reality star was spotted at LAX yesterday looking a bit tired.

Kim covered up her bump with a tan trench coat.  She wore black underneath. 

This is one of the only times we have seen her looking a bit disheveled.  She even looked better coming out of the gym a couple weeks ago.
