Hough Shops 'Til She Drops in St. Bart's

Julianne Hough was spotted with some friends while she vacations in St. Bart's in the South of France with her brother, Derek, and boyfriend Ryan Seacrest.

The actress was wearing a billowy black top with shorts, and covered her cute bob up with a stylish fedora.

Hough is relaxing before the opening of her next film Safe Haven, which also stars Josh Duhamel, David Lyons, and Cobie Smuthers.  It opens in theaters on Valentine's Day.
