You guys! It would have been the best lunch date EVER!
So this is a real thing that happened. Reese Witherspoon (!) and Mindy Kaling (!) had what was probably the girliest, dishiest, most rom-com duo inspiring lunch date that there ever was at Tavern restaurant in Brentwood over the weekend. Oh to be a fly on the wall!
We have a hard time not thinking of Mindy as Kelly Kapoor from The Office. And don't even lie and say you don't still see Reese as Elle Woods from Legally Blonde. Those two characters would be besties and you know it! That's what made this in real life meeting so magical.
We're chalking this up to the best new friendship of 2012!
