Gwen and Kingston's Lunch Date

Momma Gwen Stefani was spotted spending some quality time with her older son Kingston yesterday in London.  The pair took a walk (or in Kingston's case, a scoot) over to Primrose Hill for a leisurely Sunday lunch.

Stefani pushed a stroller with her purse in the main seat, but something tells me that she toted it along to roll her little bundle of energy home when he's well into his post lunch food coma.
