They don't mess around in the Middle East.

Kim Kardashian was probably less than thrilled to be one of the most photographed women in the world today.  The reality star arrived at Miami International Airport today with a very large cold sore on her upper lip.  The star is known to never leave the house without makeup on, so it's surprising that she didn't even attempt to cover this up.
