Miley Cyrus dressed up as Nicki Minaj last night for Halloween. So, Nicky Minaj, in turn dressed up like Billy Ray Cyrus, circa 1992.
Nicki showed off a whopping four different shades of denim last night, which could be seen in her backwards baseball cap, cropped jacket, high-rise, acid-washed jeans and even the over-the-thigh Christian Louboutin boots as she left her London hotel last night. The only break from blue jean we got in this outfit came in the form of an oddly bedazzled bra, a la Sue Ellen Mischke.
