Del Rey Gets Hands On

Lana Del Rey was spotted outside of her hotel yesterday where a crowd of fans awaited her arrival.  Instead of heading straight in, the singer greeted each of them with a hug.  How sweet!

Lana was dressed down and casual in a pair of skinny jeans and sneakers and a tan trench coat.

These fans must've missed her performance on Later... With Jools Holland.  It was a bit painful to watch, to say the least.
