After five fantastic years, David Beckham has announced that he will be hanging up his LA Galaxy jersey and and leaving the team he helped make a household name following the 2012 MLS Cup.
Beckham, 37, has made no mention of retiring for good from his beloved sport, nor has he said where he may go next. But when you are a worldwide super-star, with millions in the bank, the world is your playground and your options are not limited.
Beckham's final game will be a rematch of the 2011 MLS Cup against the Houston Dynamo, and will be played on December 1st.
