Kim Kardashian turned 32 on Sunday, October 21st, which of course meant that Kanye West swept her off to Rome because 32 is a milestone, you guys. This large romantic gesture from the rapper spurred rumors that he would also give Kim an even bigger romantic gesture by presenting her with a ring that totally needs to be bigger than her last one or else.
Needless to say, the engagement apparently didn't happen but that didn't stop them from attending the annual Angel Ball together in New York. Kim wore a blue dress that cut low and high in all theright places.
