No wonder she's been working out so much-- she needs all the strength she can get to lift the diamond on that hand.

PEOPLE announced yesterday that Miley Cyrus was engaged to Liam Hemsworth.  Now you can see what a 200 year-old diamond looks like on the hand of a 19 year old girl.  And it may make you nauseous.

Miley showed off her new bling during a photoshoot in Malibu yesterday afternoon. 

Can someone get this poor girl a bra?
