Radiant redhead Alyson Hannigan, her hottie husband Alexis Denisof, and their wonderfully adorable daughter Satyana made a family day of it with some holiday shopping out in L.A. on Thursday afternoon.
Our cameras caught the happy trio heading out of Fred Segal after making some last minute gift purchases. With Satyana riding on her hip and her hands loaded with presents, Hannigan was showing a hint of a brand new baby bump! She and Denisof recently announced they're expecting their second child together.
