Katy Perry Went Blond To Go Pink

You can't go from raven-haired to candy-topped without a middle stage.  That would explain why we recently spotted Katy Perry sporting a somewhat oddly-hued blond 'do.

Then, last night, Katy appeared in London with her mane styled a striking pink.  Mrs. Brand was on her way out of the Wolseley restaurant in Piccadilly.  Katy announced her enthusiasm for the visit to London via dress.  The thing is printed to look like one of London's signature red telephone booths!
