Not even a PREGNANT Hilary Duff can catch a break from Parking Enforcement.
Today, the expecting actress took her baby bump to Trader Joe's where she picked up two bags of groceries and several bouquets of fresh flowers.
While Mrs. Comry was in the store, a Parking Enforcement officer graced Duff's windshield with a violation. We're not sure why Hilary decided to park at the clearly-marked curb. Perhaps a more convenient space was not available and she has already entered the achy feet phase of her pregnancy?
Regardless, Hilary looked healthy and happy and radiant!
