Katie is beautiful and looks amazing. Suri is so adorable, they make such a cute pair.

She looks fit and healthy and happy -- she's being a mom.
Her skin looks glowing and radiant -- maybe because she IS a white woman -- no razor bumps on her legs -- just smooooooth and toned....just like her arms.

and her hair -- all silky and long 'n natural --- she can enjoy a day at the beach with her smooth, soft freshly-shaven, clean, hygenic skin and and clean, freshly-washed natural long hair.
I'm sure she washes it EVERY day so it smells wonderful and she sure does have a nice complexion -- not ashy at all.

I wouldn't feel sorry for her, a bit! I feel sorry for people who don't have long, silky, natural hair and only wash theirs once a week and can't have someone run their hands through it -- super sexy -- but not if no one can touch it!

I think Katie looks great! I know that my feelings would be hurt if people were making negative comments about my figure. I wish I had my figure to look half as incredible as she does. YOU LOOK GREAT KATIE!!

I think her stomach is beautiful and she is as a whole very beautiful and her daughter is cute as as can be. Tom and Kate are hard working people with no privacy. I think she just wanted to take her daughter out, and enjoy the beach, and she is clueless what anyone thinks, she is just happy enjoying her day with her daughter. Tom is so lucky to have Kate, and I hope there family stays super succusful this life and others.

Seriously? Then don't look at the ding-dong photos. Don't be a part of our depraved society that considers when celebrities poop more important than a congressional debate. Take that "Holier than Thou Attitude" somewhere else rather than trying to chastise the people who took the pictures for those of us who want to look at them.

Has Katie suffered a stroke? Why does she only smile from one side of her face? She wasn't always like that. It's kind of weird.

Your skins elasticity is entirely genetic. She def does not look like she has had any plastic surgery or she wouldn't have any of the folds in get skin she does now. Looks like she got her belly thru old fashioned hard work and a small amount of loose skin from bearing a child and not having "perfect" genes.

Actually you are wrong. I have had 3 children and I have a wash board stomach. This is due to exercise and looking after your body. After a baby you don't have hanging skin unless you are obese. Maybe I was lucky. Some of us are. If you have hanging skin. Sorry not very good genes

I think there's something else going on. Maybe a bit too much lypo. Not ALL women who have babies have skin like that. It looks like she didn't do much toning. Your skin will adapt. Of course white women are prone to having their skin do that. Poor thing!! I do give her credit for not caring and getting out there & enjoying the beach and I LOVE that she wore shorts!!!! Having Suri in a dress is a bit odd but hey modesty!!! A virtue you fail to see. It looks like they had a great day at the beach. I wonder if they had bodyguards. It looked like they were out there alone. There HAD to be someone watching them.

Yep that is what happens when you have a child, your skin stretches, and us who arent hung up on being perfect dont go under the knife and have that extra skin removed!! I think Katie looks great!!
