Happy birthday, Bluebell Madonna!
Over the weekend, Geri Halliwell threw a bash to celebrate the fifth birthday of her daughter Bluebell Madonna. Party guests included former Spice Girls mate Mel C with her daughter Scarlet Star, and also Henry Beckwith. On the way out, little Scarlet lost her pink balloon but a passerby was kind enough to retrieve it and return it to her.
At one point, Halliwell stepped outside her gate wearing a very short, hot pink dress. While greeting some friends (and their pups). A gust of wind resulted in a Marilyn Monroe panty flash moment!

uh it's a birthday party for her FIVE YEAR OLD. I think a pink party dress is part of the fun, lighten UP.
I'm not exactly sure who it is in the short hot pink dress, but she really,really needs to tone it down, wear something longer and most important DRESS HER AGE!!!!!!
