Dolph Lundgren Kicks It at Coldwater Canyon

Swedish action star Dolph Lundgren refined his a**-kicking skills yesterday.  We spotted Dolph and a friend practicing marshal arts in Coldwater Canyon Park. 

Dolph has been working on fitness book titled Flexible.  It is expected to hit stores in late Summer or Fall.  Based on these photos, it looks like he knows a thing or three about flexibility!
