Were Joe Jonas's ears burning so badly he stepped out into the drizzle to cool them off?

Today, Jonas the Handsome strolled Silverlake.  Like any good Silverlake-ian, Joe adhered to the dress code:  flannel shirt, tapered jeans, throwback sneakers... hair style appropriate for Top Chef contestants.  And to top it off?  Facial expression dripping with unresolved teen angst.
