Lindsay Lohan was back to wearing her favorite pair of jorts today. You know the ones -- (from the right angle) they show off her ginger snap and give the illusion that she's smuggling tampons.
Her sister Ali was also in tow (also wearing jorts), and the pair caught a cab on 2nd Avenue.
