Earlier today, Lindsay Lohan was spotted shopping SoHo boutique NoLiTa with a few friends.
In the past, Lindsay's love of leggings has forced us to label her as "pants-less." But today, (at least in a few of these photos) there seems to be nothing--not even leggings--standing between her thighs and the open air.
Shockingly enough, the above is not the pressing issue here. We are more interested in what's going in her lip region (the northern pair). Sure, she's pouting in that one shot... but still. Those things look like they're bordering on angioedema. (You're welcome.)
