When we created ours, we made certain to snip away the fray near the inner thigh to ensure we did not look like we were smuggling an entire package of tampons.
The same cannot be said for Pamela Anderson and her short shorts. Today, Pam and beau Jamie Padgett returned to L.A. after their recent trip to Montenegro.
