Here is Justin Chambers at last night's The Ugly Truth premiere held at the Cinerama Dome in Hollywoodland.  We assume Justin was there to support his Grey's Anatomy co-star Katherine Heigl.

We'll also assume he wasn't intentionally dressing like Mark David Chapman.
