Penn Badgley Joins The Sisterhood

Will Penn Badgley be replacing America Ferrera in Sisterhood of The Traveling Pants 3: Crotch of a Million Cooties* ?

We're just askin', 'cause last night, three of the four sisterhood members (Blake Lively, Alexis Bledel, and Amber Tamblyn) grabbed dinner at Five Points in NYC.  No sign of America, but the trio of ladies was joined by Blake's beau and Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgely.

Considering how traveled those pants are, we doubt Penn would have much trouble making them fit.
