I am sure she also wishes she didn smoke. Noone is perfect and so she has a vice...most of Hollywood smokes but Heigl gets a disproportionate amount of flak for it. She is great actress and a beautiful woman I don't really care if she smokes or not.
The smoking is so incredibly disgusting. It takes away from her looks in more ways than one.
Oh get over the smoking thing already anyone would think she was the only celeb in Hollywood who smoked. I've news for you..most of them do.
