I think these photos are just wrong. Any celebrity including Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have a right to their privacy in their own backyard or in their own home. When they're out, it's a different story. What's next? Using a telephoto lens to take a picture of Cruise or Holmes or one the children in the bathroom? They called the police on you guys because you overstepped the line and they were right to do that.
By the way, I am not particulary a fan of the Cruises. I'm just human and feel what you have done is wrong.
