Rachelle Eats, Works it Off

So, we're happy to report that she was eating a sandwich, and not the blood of a human.

Twilight actress Rachelle Lefevre ate lunch with her boyfriend Jamie Thomas King and a friend yesterday at West Hollywood restaurant BLD.  Afterwards, she took her dog Suckle to Venice Beach for a jog.
