Mischa Barton's Clavicles Come Out to Play

We know Mischa Barton is naturally thin.  But, is it possible for someone to be naturally gaunt?

The former OC star is enjoying Paris Fashion Week, today hitting up the Elie Saab show at Palais de Tokyo.  Mischa also popped into the Elie Saab boutique (wearing a Charlie Chaplin/Clockwork Orange-inspired getup).

Are we wrong to be concerned?  It's just... the clavicles, and the hollow cheeks, and the under eye circles.  We hope Mischa's taking care of herself...
