Kelly Brook: Walking, Talking Shampoo Ad

You know how some women seem to have an invisible "photo shoot fan" following them at all times?  Kelly Brook is one of those women.

Today, Kelly and a pricey Birkin headed for an office in Marble Arch then joined friend Suzy Amy for lunch in Notting Hill. 

We wonder if aforementioned invisible fan causes her trouble when she's eating soup.
