Vampires Invade UK at Twilight (Premiere)

Vampires on the loose!  Run!  Hide!  Save yourselves!  Unless, of course, you're into that sort of thing.  (We are!)

We (temporarily) returned Bob the Biter (Robert Pattinson) to Great Britain and let them borrow Kristen Stewart for the UK premiere of Twilight.

Check out the wild-maned duo and director Catherine Hardwicke (and some creepy/hot promotional models) premiere the film for England at the Vue Cinema in Leicester Square.
