We wonder how this post will be received by our Walshaholics... but in this case, we're simply the messenger.After just 14 months of marriage, Private Practice star Kate Walsh and her producer husband Alex Young will be divorcing. Alex filed the papers in L.A. County Superior Court on Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences.
We had been curious... Kate's wedding band appeared to be playing now you see it, now you don't over the couple of days. We thought we'd give Kate the benefit of doubt and assume it was being cleaned or something.

This is really sad. The only thing I can say right now is obviously they have their own personal reasons for ending their marriage, and I support her 100%.
ETA: I mean us Walshies support her 100% not I, well I do, but I feel the need to speak on behalf of us all. :p

This news is very saddening and upsetting. It came as a big surprise to me. I hope that Kate will be okay and that she knows that her fans do support her 100%. I give my best wishes to Kate and I hope that she will be surrounded by her family and friends through this difficult time, as well as the holiday season.

Maybe if Kate had actually gotten to know the guy instead of pimping out her wedding and using it to promote her show, she wouldn't be a joke now for getting dumped after a little over a year of marriage.
Angela the whalshies are very happy people in a kind simple way. Kate just has to smile and we are happy. We are the fortunate blessed ones.

I am sad about the divorce, it is a shame but I guess it's just how it is in Hollywood. I am sure Kate will come out of this experience stronger than ever.

Oh I so knew someone was gonna say it's because they married so early. Well you never know, they did what felt right for them and I guess that's what they're doing now (no matter the time difference), it's their business and I'm sure they had their reasons and have their reasons and that's got nothing to do with PrP...

Sad news, but we Walshies support Kate totally. She will come through it. And if the relationship has ended amicably, better to let it go now and remain friends, than 'keep up appearances' which I'm sure happens in some Hollywood marriages.
