We just spotted Mr. Jeremy Piven out and about in New York with a mystery lady.
Now that he has the hot chick (1) angle covered, Jeremy can spend his time hunting down cool cars (2) and dogs (3) to complete his Triumvirate of Pivendom. Once this is complete, New York will be just as Piven-friendly as Malibu.
