Nicole took the lovely little one for a checkup (we assume) at a London area hospital. And, when Nicole spotted cameras, she didn't get upset or rush off. Instead, her face broke into a glowing smile. She looks like a proud mama in these pics! Keith Urban has two beautiful girls in his life.

Looks like she knows the paps are there & isn't even trying to hide the baby. She gave them an easy view of her.
Is she supposed to cover her up with a blanket and hide her? In the pictures, she is coming out of a building and straight into a waiting car and in the others, she is in a car park. Celebs don't have to hide their children, simply protect them from the nonsense that may ensue from being born to celebrities. Children should enjoy their sorroundings and be aware of things around them.
Sunday Rose is a very, very beautiful baby, congratulations to Keith and Nicole :). No wonder Nicole hasn't stopped smiling.
She certainly doesn't have to give them a show like she did in these photos. And she manages these photos when her husband isn't there.

She's a FAMEWHORE at the highest level....it was chilly in London and there was no jacket/hat/blanket on that child....she's still acting as the doting mother....little does she know that most aren't "buying" it....She doesn't deserve the gift of this child or her FABULOUSLY TALENTED husband....
