Ghost of Winehouse Present and Past

MD 20/20: 07/01/2008 5:19 PM
Am I the only one getting overly agitated by the fact that Amy Winehouse has been skin-and-bones for about THREE WHOLE YEARS, NOW!!!???

I took the time to look back at file photos... Amy hasn't looked moderately healthy since about February of 2005 when she was pictured at the Brit Awards where she wore a floral halter and a blue purse (picture appears in this set).

We see Amy's dad hanging around the house. We see her fans camped out. And we also see all the media folk who follow her around. How is it that with all these onlookers, she is still able to attain and use drugs?

Can someone on the front lines take some responsibility and hurl their body between Amy and her next "magazine" delivery? How hard can it really be!!!???

Incidentally, we saw the skinny singer perform at the Glastonbury Festival over the weekend in England. While her blue sequin dress was awesome, and it was great that she was able to take the stage, she still looked a total wreck.

*Sigh*
