Oh happy day!
We knew it was only a matter of time before our faaaaavorite gal, the Caucasian Bai Ling, Phoebe Price herself was spotted in Cannes.
After seeing the veritable sh*tload of cameras hanging around the South of France, we had an inkling that a P.P. sighting was soon to follow.
Today, like a breath offresh shrug-worthy air (we realize that makes no sense... go with it), there she was, strolling down Croisette Blvd in France. Nice to see she's ditched the day glo fedoras. But there's a certain something in her eye. Like she's on the prowl. For something. Something like... a new romper.
