Lily Allen's Woobie

MD 20/20: 05/16/2008 2:13 PM
Why does Lily Allen insist on always wearing that unflattering, torn-on-purpose, light jean skirt? Not to sound mean, but the ensemble, topped off with flats, makes her look even stubbier than she is (pictured here in Cannes on Friday).

It is clear, Lily has not benefited from watching Oprah's fashion segments on how to elongate your figure with monochromatic colors and properly-fitting bottoms (Why would she? She grew up in England -- in apparently the fashion void district).

Lily, we beg you: Get a pair of those now-popular, high-waisted pants and put on a pair of platform heels, for the love of god!

Of course, calling her out on her favorite jean skirt is probably the least of her worries this week: She was photographed topless a few days ago and today photos surfaced of her, drunk as a skunk, at a Cannes Film Festival party.

Hit music, money flowing in and she is still in her early twenties -- Can we blame her?

Lillianne says:

To be fair, it doesn't make her look stubby. She IS stubby.
