On Saturday, the oh so beautiful Penelope Cruz stepped out at the 61st Annual Cannes Film Festival for the photocall and subsequent premiere of the Woody Allen flick Vicky Cristina Barcelona.
How does her hair manage to be so voluminous? We're going to assume there's wizardry involved.
