Dear Lindsay Lohan,
Indeed! The weather is nice. Indeed! Joan's on Third serves tasty lunchtime meals. Indeed! It is normal for someone to frequent her favorite eatery and, when the weather is as it is, dine on the patio of said eatery. People have a right to do these things.
HOWEVER
When you're you (Lindsay Lohan), let's not act surprised/upset when you draw a pack of photographers to the 3rd Street hot spot after you've been photographed TWO (here and here) times already this week, eating with pal Samantha Ronson on the patio of the restaurant.
There are other places to eat. There's a fancy invention called air conditioning. There are better uses of the LAPD (Like cracking down on any number of the gross-o's who are driving and "diddling" up and down Melrose Ave all day. We see you, sick-o's.).
In other words, thanks for the photos. But, really? Let's not act surprised/upset when photogs show up for your meal on ROUND THREE.
