Why of course! It's petite package of hotness Rachel Bilson.
After leaving her parents' home this morning, Bilson quickly dropped by a gas station to refuel her Lexus SUV (and tie up her hair).
Then, she popped over to the Sweet Dreams Salon for a quick manicure.
We'd be apprehensive to dress a petite bod in a maxi dress, but Rachel really pulls it off! Plus, we're drooling over those sandals, because they're teal... and we have a thing for teal. It's borderline disturbing.
Rach' is also wearing a letter "H" around her neck. We bet it stands for "horrendously hot this guy."
