The AIDS philanthropist still appears to have an ongoing love affair with jewelry and was decked out in some Springtime sparklers.
After a recent (reported) medical scare, it's great to see Ms. Taylor out and about and looking fabu.

Where is the dog's jewelry! Did someone on the street the dog's jewelry? I hear that's going on all the time in Beverly Hills lately. I think that she's got some on her wrist. God bless her!
