Billy Ray Cyrus, you're confusing us. Yesterday, you took ol' Tex out for a walk wearing an Ed Hardy shirt that shouted, "I got this shirt for free because my daughter gets me photographed!"
Then today, a plain white tee (hence our horrid title). Do you swag, Billy Ray? Or do you not swag?
What's confusing us most, is how his sweatpants are able to defy gravity and stay pulled up with all those cell phones clipped to the waistband. Well, the Cyruses are a magical people. Perhaps we'll leave it at that.
