We imagine that each and every morning, red carpet regular and professional "Something-er" Phoebe Price wakes up, glams herself up to the nines, and heads into the streets of Los Angeles wishing-- nay, praying that someone will take a photo of her.
Well, Ms. Price. Today, was your lucky day. And, you look quite nice, so all that work* seems to have paid off.
We snapped Phoebe taking lunch at Le Petit Four and, as we did, a fellow diner looked over her shoulder to ask (via facial expression), "What is going on?" and then to shrug and (again, via facial expression) "Oh, it's no one."
