Well, Nicole Kidman must be taking a page out of "Jessica Alba's Dealing with the Media While You're Pregnant Guide," covering her face to shield herself from photographers as she exits a Sydney restaurant - sans hubby Keith Urban. I wouldn't expect to see her face again until after her baby's July due date. She can't possibly be bloated - you can hardly even see her bump! Maybe you can't have Botox while you're pregnant - now that would explain the sudden camera shyness!
