SAG-nominated actor James Spader has a long track record of playing the
bad guy, but here he looks oh, so gentle. The "Boston Public" star went
orchid shopping in LA's Larchmont Village with his son and pet pooch
yesterday. In keeping with the floral theme, James' shirt had a flowery
pattern. The 47-year-old former Brat Pack-er is still so cool that he
even was able to look somewhat manly with a crocodile print man-bag
(don't you dare call it a purse!).
