British singer Lily Allen, looking glam in a black sequined dress and
silver shoes, was on hand for the countdown leading to the annual
winter sale at legendary London department store Harrods. Also on hand
for the festivities was store owner Mohamed Al Fayed and two adorable
puppies, who definitely brought a "smile" to the mom-to-be's face. You
know Lily, Tiffany did a lot of mall appearances, and look what's
