Kate's a Frequent Flyer

Kate Walsh, who's been on a globe-trotting tour promoting her show "Private Practice," was again spotted at the airport. This time, however she's heading home. She and hubby Alex Young spent the weekend in Park City, Utah attending the nuptials of Kate's former "Grey's Anatomy" co-star Katherine Heigl, who married long-time boyfriend Josh Kelley in a low-key ceremony on Sunday. Jet-setting Kate looks fab, I'd love to know how she gets over jet lag!
